Request for Input on Community Health Assessment

Opinions Wanted! If you own a home, in Auglaize County, that has it's own sewage system, we are looking for your input. There is an Ohio requirement that all household sewage systems have an Operation and Maintenance permit. This means that there needs to be an active permit at all times each house is occupied. It would have to be renewed periodically to utilize the sewage system. We want to make this program beneficial, while ensuring it is cost effective and minimally invasive. At this time, we want your opinion about how the program will be designed. Please take the time to enter your opinions on this topic.
