About Us

The Auglaize County General Health District is comprised of rural Auglaize County and the cities and villages of:

· Buckland

· Minster

· New Bremen

· New Knoxville

· St. Marys

· Uniopolis

· Wapakoneta

· Waynesfield

Auglaize County General Health District employs 30 people:

 

24 full time employees and 6 part-time employees consisting of: 

· Clerks                        

· Emergency Response and Planning personnel

· Health Commissioner

· Health Educators

· Home Health Aides

· Nutritionist

· Registered Nurses

· Registered Sanitarians

· Registrars

· Service Coordinators

 

The Auglaize County Board of Health members are:

Directions to our Office:

 

From the North:   Exit I-75 at exit 111.  At the top of the ramp, turn right at the light onto Bellefontaine Street.  Proceed to the 3rd stop light.  Turn right onto Wagner Street.  Go 1 ½ blocks to 214 S. Wagner Street.  We are located on the right hand side.

 

From the South:  Exit I– 75 at exit 111.  At the top of the ramp, turn left onto Bellefontaine Street.  Proceed to the 4th stop light.  Turn right onto Wagner Street.  Go 1 ½ blocks to 214 S. Wagner Street.  We are located on the right hand side.

 

From the West: Follow Auglaize Street through town, until it dead ends at Wood Street.  Turn right onto Wood Street.  Immediately after the turn onto Wood Street, turn left onto Middle Street.  Follow Middle Street to the second stop sign.  Turn right onto Wagner Street.  Go 1 ½ blocks to 214 S. Wagner Street.  We are located on the left hand side.

 

From the East:  From U.S. 33, turn right onto Bellefontaine Street.  Follow Bellefontaine Street to the 4th stop light.  Turn right onto Wagner Street.  Go 1 ½ blocks to 214 S. Wagner Street.  We are located on the right hand side.
